Kerry and Julia Smith purchased the property that is serving as the location for the ministry in 1993 to raise their family. Julia’s childhood dream was to have horses but they both knew they wanted to be able to use them for more than just riding. Striving to be good stewards of God’s blessings, they graciously agreed to lease the horses and facilities to Emmanuel Equine Ministry in order to serve families in our community.
